CAPP

CAPP, founded in 1984 in Denmark, is renowned for developing the first fully autoclavable pipette and remains a global leader in precision liquid handling. Now part of AHN Biotechnologie GmbH (Germany), CAPP continues to design high-performance laboratory instruments focused on accuracy, ergonomics, and durability for research and industrial laboratories.

CAPP’s product portfolio spans three major categories:

Liquid Handling: The company’s core expertise includes an extensive range of manual, electronic, and multichannel pipettes. Notable models include the CAPPBravo and CAPP ecopipette, designed for comfort and sustainability, and the CAPPMaestro electronic pipette for precision control. Their multichannel options (8-, 12-, 16-, 48-, and 64-channel) enable efficient work with 384-well plates. Accessories such as pipette controllers (CAPPTempo), bottle-top dispensers, and repeaters complement the range.

Laboratory Consumables: CAPP supplies low-retention ExpellPlus pipette tips, micro- and centrifuge tubes, Cryo Tubes and Boxes, PCR tubes and plates, reagent reservoirs, and serological pipettes — all manufactured to high-quality standards.

Benchtop Equipment (CAPPRondo Line): Compact, reliable instruments including centrifuges, vortex mixers, shakers, magnetic stirrers, and mini incubators, engineered for everyday lab use.
